Error using lastest IBOs

I try to use the new dll released last week. I am getting the following error any one can help?

Could not load type 'Asi.Diagnostics.PerformanceUtility' from assembly 'Asi, Version=15.0.3.2005, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'.
