Cannot sell $0 products online - error BATCH_NUM unidentified

Upon checking out with a free product, we receive an error message: "Element BATCH_NUM unidentified in Variables."
ASI confirmed this when they tried to purchase a free product with no shipping charges, and told us this is a confirmed bug. We have not been able to get a resolution now since we upgraded on June 10th.

We have many free products in our online catalog and now that we have upgraded to 15.03 from 10.6 we can no longer offer them to our members.

Is there anyway to increase speed when editing and saving customer records?

We are on 15.0.3 and our staff is frustrated over the time it takes for the iMIS application to save edits to customer records. Is there anything we can do to speed this up?

Paypal approves eseries registrations over $999 but registrations not entered in iMIS.

We recently upgraded our iMIS application and eseries to 15.0.3 and opened our convention registration this week. We are having problems on transactions over $999.99. We are getting "credit card information has not been validated" errors on our site with people registering.  The card is approved in paypal, but no registrations are entered into iMIS. We applied patch 15.0.3.2397 at the time we upgraded, and this issue was supposed to be resolved on that patch.

Customer portfolio error shutdowns too frequent - SQL deadlocks

We have been running iMIS 15.03 for four days now and having lots of issues. Our most critical users are experiencing far too frequent customer portfolio errors. When you look at the error logs, it appears that we are getting SQL deadlocks.

"Transaction (Process ID 134) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim."

Are there any issues with a Citrix installation of iMIS 15 client?

We just upgraded from 10.6 to 15.03 and need to install the iMIS client on our Citrix server. Has anyone successfully done this? What is the proper method to install?

.NET Framework CAS Policy Manager error on iMIS 15 client install

We have just upgraded from 10.6 to 15.03 and we are going around installing the client on our 88 users' PCs. One of them is throwing an error message:

Microsoft .NET Framework CAS Policy has encountered a Problem ....

Then -

CASPOL.exe -pp off FAILED

Any clues what caused this?
