We are having iMIS webserver issue, it is very slow and delay responds + hang up with error messages:

1) 08S01: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Drive]Communication link faliure

2) OEProc 1/97 0 - 08S01: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Drive]Communication link faliure

We have iMIS database 15.1.2 with dedicated iMIS app server and iMIS webserver separately, joined with domain server. When I shut down iMIS webserver, this issue is gone. iMIS web server seems to be cause of error, but can't find cause of issue. Our iMIS website is custom built, would code be a issue with this? Any suggestions to where to check, would be much helpful!

My iMIS desktop client suddenly stop working. I can log in okay, but the main page doesn't load and it just goes to blank screen.
When I click about iMIS>error pop up window shows;
The ASI Desktop has encountered an internal error and has become unstable. Please restart iMIS or contact your system administrator. An error has been logged in C:\DOCUME~1\tkim\LOCAL~1\Temp\asiTEMP.

Our organization upload list of new and renewed corporate members to our website monthly and I'm trying to find a simple way to export these list to excel from iMIS. Is there iMIS built in report (crystal?) that shows new and renewed members? eg. all members who become new member by paying membership (from biling or on-line) in specific month and members who renewed in same month? We need to export report to excel file for web diretory update.  Currently,  I created two ad-hoc quaries; One using Join_Date (new member) field and renew with MT_CHANGE_DATE (member type change), but this search option is not accurate and doesn't pick up member when join_date value is missing...
Please advise me if you have better solution for this report. Thanks,

We have one iMIS workstation in office and letter system doesn't work propery? When I click "New Letter' under Letters tab in Customers module, it brings out Letter text window instead of normal Standard letter window with merge option. Other iMIS workstation have letter standard windows where you can see all of letter reports? I've checked system setup and verified correct path for report folder, this doesn't seems to be issue. Can anyone else experienced this issue? Please help! Thanks,

Error during logon:the application server version may not match the database version. Please see your system adminstrator.

I am not sure what could have created this issue, deleted some duplicate records in iMIS...

I have one member's record seems to be damaged, any changes I tried to save it. Customer porfolio error appears and shut it down.

How would I fix this damaged record? or delete it?

I've been told that I can download a cheat spread sheet that shows all of iMIS table list which helps with customizing iMIS-Crystal reports.

When I create functions in the events, how would I organize the function list by alphabetically?
Is there an option to in the event to sort function list by code? by title?

When I try to register a customer to this event, all of function lists are not shown in any order?
Does the function list show in order of it was inserted?
