iMIS main pages will not load-iMIS desktop client V15.1.2.6369

Hi,

My iMIS desktop client suddenly stop working. I can log in okay, but the main page doesn't load and it just goes to blank screen.
When I click about iMIS>error pop up window shows;
The ASI Desktop has encountered an internal error and has become unstable. Please restart iMIS or contact your system administrator. An error has been logged in C:\DOCUME~1\tkim\LOCAL~1\Temp\asiTEMP.

How to generate New and renewed CM members export report?

Our organization upload list of new and renewed corporate members to our website monthly and I'm trying to find a simple way to export these list to excel from iMIS. Is there iMIS built in report (crystal?) that shows new and renewed members? eg. all members who become new member by paying membership (from biling or on-line) in specific month and members who renewed in same month? We need to export report to excel file for web diretory update. Currently, I created two ad-hoc quaries; One using Join_Date (new member) field and renew with MT_CHANGE_DATE (member type change), but this search option is not accurate and doesn't pick up member when join_date value is missing...
Please advise me if you have better solution for this report. Thanks,

I am importing Member import and "Effective date of status change" window pops up. What is name of this field that I can add to my .csv file so it doesn't bring this pop up windows?

Letter merge doens't work

We have one iMIS workstation in office and letter system doesn't work propery? When I click "New Letter' under Letters tab in Customers module, it brings out Letter text window instead of normal Standard letter window with merge option. Other iMIS workstation have letter standard windows where you can see all of letter reports? I've checked system setup and verified correct path for report folder, this doesn't seems to be issue. Can anyone else experienced this issue? Please help! Thanks,

I am getting this error when I try to logon to iMIS;

Error during logon:the application server version may not match the database version. Please see your system adminstrator.

using iMIS 15.1

I am not sure what could have created this issue, deleted some duplicate records in iMIS...

How to fix damaged record

I have one member's record seems to be damaged, any changes I tried to save it. Customer porfolio error appears and shut it down.

How would I fix this damaged record? or delete it?

How to sort function list?

When I create functions in the events, how would I organize the function list by alphabetically?
Is there an option to in the event to sort function list by code? by title?

When I try to register a customer to this event, all of function lists are not shown in any order?
Does the function list show in order of it was inserted?

How can you modify "Can rename" under customer search?

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way I can add or modify iMIS deafult search options. eg. name, member type etc. There is one called "can rename" and want to know if I can change this? How can I modify this search option to something else, like search by zip code? I am using 15.1 and this is refering to customer module search option. Please give me some feed back. Thanks,

Internet batch? - Public event registration

I noticed any internet payment for web event registration automaticaaly creates batch called "Internet". For our accouting purpose, we have used separte batches depends on credit card type. eg MC or Visa. Is there an option to have these internet batch to be separated into two different type of batches? eg. Internet-Visa and Internet-Mcard? (depends on type of credit card payments)

Canadian accent display?

Hello,

Does anyone have uses Canadian accent on company's name? When I enter an acute accent and Grave accent in company's name and generate a report. iMIS display these accent into different characters.

For example, compnay name Entrée Gold Ince = iMIS display Entrve and Ministère = Ministpre.

Hi,

We've just update our iMIS database from 15.03 to 15.1.1.3 when I try to run membership due with customized crytal report invoice, I'm getting error?

Exception: Source=ASICrystalCtl Name=CrystAX_SetserchJoin Msg=File not found:\Program FIles\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.0\bin\crpe32.dll

Public view iMIS 15- Committees page?

Does anyone have a committee section in the iMIS Public site (iMIS15) where only committee members can log in to so we can post minutes? By changing public member’s role? Not with any customization or add on module?

Defining pricing fee category?

If I am setting up event that require different prices for example, memebers has option to purchse single ticket or diner table of 5. Do I specify this fee at registration class window? Where would I setup difference price category?

Does anyone use enSYNC's EventXpress and or Badge Manager? We are currently using iMIS 15 and in need of these add-on module's for our event registration. Please give us some feedback on the proudcts and also you can include some of experiences with it that give us idea of how much installation work is involved that would be great!
