I need to have some mechanism for tracking changes made to the iMIS UD multi-instance windows/tables. Suggests and ideas are welcome.

although not supported by ASI, you can add a trigger to append all changes to multi-instance tables to the log. This is common for the address table changes as well.

Task Centre

On November 28th, 2007 Beau Harbin says:

Task Centre would be a great tool to use for this kind of work.  I can be confirgured to track things like that and make a copy into another table.  It is a supported product and does not cause issues with ASI Technical Support.

Do you truly mean that TaskCentre can be configured to track changes, or are you saying that someone could write a trigger via TaskCentre that would track these types of changes? In other words, are you saying that TaskCentre has some sort of inherent change tracking mechanism?
