What version of iMIS/iBOS are you using?
In your dues situation, are the dues posted to the user's account in iMIS already, or are you creating new dues records when they are going through the web process? I think this would be a lot tougher if you are paying existing dues records. If you're creating new dues records when the website user is going through the process, you'd just be able to change the dues amount that is created.
