Duplicate ecommunity post emails

I have a customer that continually has members and staff receive duplicate emails for community posts. Alot of times it it more than two. Has anyone else seen this problem and if so what did you to resolve. I have other ecommunity sites on this server and I'm not having this problem with the other sites.

I don't know if this is the same problem, but here is what happened to us.

Daily and Weekly digest email bodies were appending instead of starting fresh for each person, resulting in people getting digest info for communities they were not subscribed to, or even eligible for.

I hunted around in cmtyEmail.txt and found that the empty file was created outside a loop when it should have been inside.  I moved it in four places (daily news, daily discussion, weekly news, and weekly discussion) and that solved our problem.
