Error on Citrix (iMIS & Crystal)

We are suddenly getting error on Citrix server when we try to run custom Crystal Report for badge.  Only manager can run it so it still works. And report works in Crystal Repors on Citrix.  It happened suddenly, no changes to iMIS or the report. It was working all fine for everybody.  We restarted Citrix but it still doesn't work for other users even if they have full rights (8 in all modules). Ther error is:

OMNISAXR
Exception: Source=ASICrystalCtl Name=CrystalAX_RunReport Msg= Division by Zero.

Any idea what happend and how we can fix it?

I think this error is

I think this error is related to your badge data nothing to do with crystal report setup on citrx Farm, Please check the sql statment and formual fields used in crystal make sure all these entries are not creating division by zero error.

Printers on Citrix were the problem

Thank you.  I figured out.  Printers saved in iMIS under user accounts (users table) caused the problem.

I had to go to the user table and delete printers under those users using Citrix.  Then they had to select a new printer in iMIS.

Nobody works under  manager account so it had no printer saved and it prompt for the new printer so manager worked.

Citrix doesn't handle printers that well and iMIS has problems with that also.
