We've always exported our event registrants to an excel spreadsheet and now all of a sudden, we're not able to and receive this error whenever we try:

Any help to fix this would be appreciated!

We are having unbelievable problems, apparently with App Pools on three of our 5 15.0.3 and/or 15.1 clients and are looking for hints/advise/suggestions. One installation in particular.  This particular customer is getting very frustrated at the amount of time it takes, one, to log in via the desktop, and two moving between tabs.  When we look at the event log, we see literally hundreds of ASI errors and warnings in a 24 hour period of time.  TS has suggested changing this setting and that setting and increasing the worker proceses, etc, and NOTHING seems to help. Increasing the worker processes just consumes huge amounts of system resources.  CPU runs at 100% almost constantly and memory runs at around 91% constantly.  the drives are thrashing because of the contstant memory swapping.  Adding memory doesn't seem to do much and the machine meets or exceeds the minimum requirements in every way.  we had this customer, originally, hosted on the same server as one other iMIS client running two instances of iMIS, and have since moved them off on to their own server.  This is a very small client - 4 user, and we haven't even dared take their public site live yet. Tthey are on 15.1.1 latest patch.  Other clients have similar issues but not to this extent.  This is very frustrating for all involved.  I cannot beging to count the number of non-billable hours we have spent on this issue, and the client is starting to laugh at the "customer for life" moto ASI has posted on the startup page.   Can anyone offer any advise before we loose this customer and our minds?

Has anyone deployed iMIS15.0.3 by setting up some sort of package with command line arguments?
I have a client who would like to use this method, as they have over 80 workstations that they will need to install it on. The pre-configured installer is a bit quicker then a normal install, but still takes some time.

Any ideas?

This is in 15.1, but the release version isn't an option in the forum insert field above, so I selected iMIS 10.0 when adding this forum topic, as an FYI.

I'm having issues with an SWF file working correctly in wCM. I use the telerik editor to add the SWF as an embedded object and everything that is internal to the SWF file works correctly. This specific SWF file references and external XML file that also references images within the same directory of the SWF file, but nothing works as far as rendering these images within the flash page. All the internal references work fine and the flash file works completely, except for the external references.

We're in the midst of setting up a new system with iMIS 15 and I have question in regards to modifying event fees based on a companies involvement in our programs.

From what I understand the Events module allows for us to modify an individuals fees based on their involvement in certain programs, but what we would like to do is modify an entire companies fees based on their organization's involvement in programs that we offer.

I am trying to implement SSO between our public site and the imis public. Right now I am using the web service LoginUserAndProvideCookies to verify credentials. Can someone please tell me if this web service updates any tables in iMIS? Also, the cookie that is returned how do I use it in the other web services?

We moved from a windows 2k3 server to a 2k8 server and are having problems.  The install guide taks about changing the app pool to classic .net.  The install creates the iMIS15 and public apps under the default web site in IIS.  We changed the app pool there and all works well.  We then created an appliation called iMIS15 under our web (imis.association.org/imis15).  on the same server.  When we set the app pool on that application to classic .net, we get a version miss match error when trying to open the desktop and errors in the web browser we get a 500.21 error:

I am getting the following error when setting up an email task in iMIS TaskCentre:

Error while evaluating expression : Syntax error - {=<SPAN class=GramE>ThisStep.RecordSource(</SPAN>"Testing")}

This message is coming up during the HTML step of the task.  What I am looking to do is add the Notes field from Meet_Master when there is a value in that field.  Not all the events require any Notes, however, some do.
