How to fix damaged record

I have one member's record seems to be damaged, any changes I tried to save it. Customer porfolio error appears and shut it down.

How would I fix this damaged record? or delete it?

Your quickest solution is to just delete the record. Judging by your question, you probably have the delete option disabled.

Turn it back on here: Customers Tab > Set up module > Basic Options > Allow Delete from Customer Portfolio > Restart iMIS

Once you have deleted the record, it's a good idea to go back and disable the option. You don't want people deleting records on accident.

I would not recommend deleting it

Even with the Delete button turned on.  There have been problems with that button in the past, and I just don't trust it.  There's a lot of history lost when you permanently delete a record.

Most likely, that ID is missing a record in a required table, or one of the fields contains a value not present in one of the lookups.  Both are fairly common problems.  You should look through the Customer Portfolio error log (located in your temp directory) for clues, and submit an SMR to Tech Support who can help you figure out which kind of problem is present.
