iMIS 15 and Call Center Screen Pops

Does anyone know if iMIS 15 is TAPI compliant or if there is a 3rd party tool that can integrate with iMIS for a call center screen pop?

It is possible

We have quoted this project for some or our clients but have yet to build it. We have looked at the documentation for the Cisco phone switch and one other package to confirm that it is possible. The implementation would depend on the need. For example popping up a screen with contact information in a web brower is a lot more straightforward than automatically switching to a contact in the iMIS desktop. Especially if you are in the middle of posting a batch or editing a transaction when the phone rings.
