iMIS Deskop Issue

Hi,

WhenI try to login using IMIS Desktop Client, I am getting the following error message

Error when executing procedure iMISDesktop/302

Unable to find format IMIS4.Menu_Main1.

This problems appears to be one our development db. It works ok with live database.

Any idea?

Hi This problem can resolved

Hi

This problem can resolved by replacing correct LBR files. Actually "Omins7.exe" cannot be able to load Omins library files because of version conflict.

Please compare your LBR files on your Citrx farm with the working version of iMIS installed locally.

Thanks

iMIS Desktop Issue: Unable to find format IMIS4.Menu_Main1

I'm getting this same error installing iMIS 15.1.2.4260 on a desktop running Windows XP.

Error when executing procedure iMISDesktop/302

Unable to find format IMIS4.Menu_Main1.

Any suggestions for remedying this in a straightforward desktop set up gratefully received.

Menu_Main1 is a dynamic menu used for Xtender support

Does the Windows user have write privileges to the iMIS folder (C:\Program Files\ASI\iMIS15 by default)?

Do you have an XTENDER.INI file in the iMIS folder?  If you aren't using any Xtenders, try removing it.  If you are using Xtenders, be sure XTENDER.INI is set up correctly.

Try replacing IMIS4.LBR from another install, if it's available.

Is this a Citrix / Terminal Server configuration, or a standalone Windows installation?

Thanks Henry. It was the

Thanks Henry. It was the EXTENDER.INI file that was the issue. We're running the CSA app. I really appreciate your help.

Problem in Citrix..

Sorry I didn't get back earlier..

Very busy driving iMIS..

Our issue turned out to be permissions issues and required registry key updates by a citrix guru..

Sorry I cannot elaborate on what keys were affected as our Sysadmin was involved and did not get notes on all changes applied..

If I find more I will update my reponse.

Thank you for your assistance.

Greg.
