iMIS print issue with Windows 7 64 bit

I have currently installed iMIS on windows 7 professional 64 bit.  We are not able to print due to the migration.  Whenever I hit the print button it will try to send the document to the printer but iMIS will freeze and give a not responding error.

Here are the steps I have tried to solve but with no luck:

Made sure the permissions were correct on the folder and shortcuts

Made sure the printer could print from another document

Reinstalled the printer drivers

Changed the compatibility mode on iMIS in all the different options

Tried to print to a PDF instead.  Does not work

Tried to repair/reinstall iMIS

Tried to run as administrator

Changed the compatibility mode to Windows XP

Non of these work.  Does anyone have a solution for this?  It would only make sense that iMIS would be supported in new technology considering how big of a company and how the customers pay $15000+ a year for this software.

Which report(s) are you running?

Local or network printer?  I can print successfully to a network printer from my Win7 Enterprise (64 bit) install.  If you haven't already, try going to File / Report Destiniation and re-select the destination printer (and maybe try a different printer on the network).  Do you see any associated errors in the WIndows event log?

Sorry for the delay, it

Sorry for the delay, it should be much faster next time.

Not trying to run any reports.  I go to customers, find, click on one, then at the bottom click print, and it comes up with the omnis7.exe error and closes.

I have tried to both local and network printers, and get the same result on all of our Windows7 x64 machines (each have different local printers).

The error I'm getting in the Win Event log (each time it is the same) is:

"Us too" only with 32-bit Windows 7

We are experiencing the identical issue, though on only one workstation and it runs the 32-bit version of Windows.

Other workstations, some running Windows 7, are able to print profiles, but this one is not. They have identical installations.

Any other insights?

Me too only with 32-bit Windows 7

Anyone found a solution to this issue?
