IQA Tabs

We have a client installation where it seems all the tabs for existing IQAs do not display correctly, and so can't be edited. Nor can new ones be created. If I open an existing query, or create a new one, then Summary/Sources/Filters/Display/Sorting appear as text, and won't function, so I can't navigate away from the start page of the IQA to edit/create it.

Has anyone come across this before?

Compatibility View

What browser are you using? In IE, you can try enabling Compatibility View to see if that fixes it.

IE and other browsers

Thanks Melissa, I'm using IE8 & IE9, and it definitley looks like IE, with this particular database, is the issue, Firefox lets me get at the tabs with no problem. But even setting the compatibility view in IE doesn't seem to work. But, I am able to use other iMIS installations with IE9 without any issues.

ajax component

Do they have another product on the same server that imis resides on that uses ajax. I've seen something similar where the left hand nav items are text only e.g define, reports, security.

Resolution

A stray .Net 4 ISAPI filter had made it's way into the default website, once this was removed, all was well. Thanks all for the input.
