I’m getting an IMIS Error when searching for the last name O’Sullivan in the IMIS Directory Public view. “Error:  An unexpected iMIS error had occurred. Please try your operation again; if you still receive an error, contact the system administrator.”

Does iMIS have any Special Character Restrictions? I checked her back office profile and everything seems to be in order. I tried searching under ZIP, City and Country and she is on the list. I also tried searching her as Sullivan without the O' and I was able to see her on the list and other last name with O'Sullivan. I wonder if it is because of the O’ apostrophe in her last name.

Anyone else encountering this Error Message? Is there a solution?
