Link to external site on Public View home page

Is it possible to add a link to an external website on the Public View home page? I know there is a config file that may be edited, but it appears only text may be modified or removed.

If it is possible to do this, please let me know how we may go about it.

Most Public View pages have a .aspx page you can open and modify to add links or text.  You would just  need to find that file on the server, make a backup of that file and add the link where you'd like to see it.  You would need to be sure that you don't modify anything within the actual ASP controls on that page or you'd get an error.

Moving forward, make a note of any changes you make so they can be re-applied after an upgrade.
