We have a client on 15.0.3 that is looking for Help Desk software that can be integrated with iMIS. They already own the Issues Management module and find it, well - lacking.
Anybody developed something like that? Or developed an integration with an off-the-shelf Help Desk product?

We use bt.net as our helpdesk but havenot implimented all facilities - like iMIS it is horizontally and vertically expandable and hence requires a lot of configuration to get it how you need. But it is possible to get what YOU need from it - well it does for us.
