MembershipWebservice Error when I login

I am trying to install an iMIS15 eSeries site and continue to get the MembershipWebservice Error when I login.

Any ideas what I left out?

The error continues...

We have setup a test VM app server. Works great.
The live app server appears to be identical but we continue to get this error. MembershipService Error (Unable to connect to the web service). We're so close to getting this...any help would be appreciated.

We were able to get the web service created and called successfully during the member login. However, when trying to update a users security via the web profiles we continue to get web service errors.

HELP!
