Migration Tool

Does a migration tool exist for iMIS15/Template Gallery for the new ASP pages quite like the migration tool that exists for 10.6 Template Gallery. Further description: Building a development website in iMIS15 with template gallery in ASP mode and want to take the entire development dB and move it to a separate server when going LIVE.
