not able to edit IQA

Hi, our iMIS desktop version is 15.0.3

We are not able to edit the existing IQAs via iMIS desktop system.
After select one IQA (under ISA tab, 'Intelligent query architect'), e.g. \Common\Queries\Search\CsContact\All, I click 'edit' button. It pops up a window to show the detail, but the left side menuitems -- 'Define', 'Run', 'Security' are not clickable any more.

I was using 'MANAGER' to login.

Is it all queries or just one or two? Did you make any changes to business objects or apply a patch? Last question...have you contacted Tech Support - (this is the kind of issue that they're really good at resolving usually)?

It happens for all queries.
Yes I made some changes to one business object (maybe 'CsContact'), and clicked both 'Compile' and 'Publish', that's a long time ago.
I didn't contact Tech Support because I don't know how to.
