Public View shopping card modification of Purchase Order label

Most of my customers want to change the name PURCHASE order that shows up in the public view shopping cart to BILL ME.  Does anyone know where I can find that file and change the label ?

I have looked everywhere & Tech Support could not tell me either..............(go figure).

Looks like it's not in a System Setup screen

You might want to submit an RSE to have that configuration item added to System Setup.  Here are some pertinent details to include in the RSE:

Table: SystemConfig

Parameter Name:  OrderSummaryPurchaseOrderLabel

Note, too, that the string "Would you like to pay with a purchase order?" in the payment information portion of the Cart can be changed by going to (top nav) System Setup > (left nav) Setup web components > Address label configuration > "(PurchaseOrderLinkLabel)" around the middle of the resulting page.
