New client install on Windows 2008 remote desktop server. Group Policy created to publish application to users. The iMIS client can be launched without error when directly on the remote desktop server when logged in as my user ID. When I test to log into another server with the same user ID, the iMIS desktop comes up blank like below. Is this most likely some type of permissions issue? I can't seem to nail down what is causing it.
We have an enviroment containing an app server and an external WCM server. We are experiencing a problem where if a user requests a page on the WCM server that requires login the user is redirected back to the APP server. Everything else works fine. Any ideas on the possible cause of this. Just thought someone must have run into this before.

I'm currently trying to install v10.6 on a Windows 7, 32-bit machine. Running as Administrator, C:\temp folder created and adjusted the destination via My Computer (Properties) -> Environmental Variables, also ran under Compatibility Mode.
When the iMIS installation wizard runs and I'm prompted to enter the serial number (the same one I've used for 5 years running), I get the error message: "The serial number is incorrect. Please try again...". Tried everything and still not getting anywhere. Would appreciate any pointers, anything really!

I am trying to edit the new 1700 template to fit with a website I am building. Most of the conversion is going well and I have to say that the new 1700 template is a lot cleaner and easier to understand than the previous templates. However, I am running into a lot of problems around the RadMenu component for the navigation.
RadMenu is inserting it's own styles and I can't find any way to override certain things like the background images.
After upgrade I can log in but the that’s as far as I get. It acts as if it is loading but then the screen remains blank and I get the attached errors:

In the installation documentation there is discussion about one model where the public views is at an external server and the application server and database server are inside the firewall. It is also described that you need to open up ports 1433, 443, and 80. We are having issues on one of our clients. In this scenario do you have to have an SSL certificate on the internal application server? Since the manual indicates that 443 has to be open it would make sense that you need to do that. In addition you would really want all traffic between the public views and the application server going over 443.
When upgrading multiple co-existing instances to 15.1 does anyone have a good process suggestion for being able to upgrade the databases seeing as how it requires an update to the license? We're using the multi-instance process for the web server but hate to install/uninstall the application on my desktop that many times to go through the upgrade process. If we didn't have to worry about the license we could just use the dbupgrader.exe directly. We are upgrading from 10.6 to 15.1.2 so we do not have the proper licensing to allow the upgrade using dbupgrader.exe without having the new licensing in place first.

If you run the upgrade process the second time (probably because something went wrong the first time you ran it), most likely, it will fail with the following error:
Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_ComponentRegistryCategory'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.ComponentRegistryCategory'.
The issue is with the following SQL statement in
