I have set up a new Community but I am unable to link the correct community roster in iMIS. I had the community previously set up but It was deleted. How do I reconfigure the community roster so that it points to the correct community ?

This is Arpita and On the Manage Committee function, when we add new members to the comittee we cannot change the date the entry goes into IMIS. This committee list was created only in the past year so everyone that is being added (old board members) have an entry of say todays date when we really want that entry sitting at the date they either joined or left the committee. Can we please have the ability to alter the date.

I would like to know if there is a better way to enter committee and section member information into iMIS.  95% of our Committee and Section members are the same so we would like to try to avoid re-entering them into iMIS manually if possible.  I had tried doing INSERT INTO SELECT statement from a temp table to Activity table but we cannot add new members into iMIS after the bulk inserts.  The error I got was about "cannot insert duplicate key in Activity table.  The primary key for Activity table is "SEQN" and I have also supplied the unique numbers in my temp table.  Not sure what went wrong.   Is there any other tables I would need to watch out for besides Activity table?  Has anyone had a better way to import the activity records?  The "Import Activities" in iMIS can only import records with the same data values, which is no use for us.

I have a rather large committee that I'd like to replicate (with a different name) within iMIS 15.0. Is there an easy way to do replicate/duplicate committees in iMIS?

We use informz to send out emails.  Informz creates an activity record with the type of iUnsub for unsubscription and iBadEmail for an bad email address  in our IMIS database. We used to be able to delete the activity record from IMIS desktop interface. However, we noticed lately that the delete button on the activity interface is grayed out, even logged in as the database admin - sa. Does anyone know why? how to fix it?

Looking for input regarding an online member directory for version 15.0.3 (client licensed for Public Views, but not CM). We are trying to utilize IQA & existing public views functionality for a product-based solution. In the default Committee Rosters area of Public Views, there is a page that utilizes an IQA query to display a list of committees in the database. Each of the committees has an orange arrow "link" beside it.

Can anyone tell me how I can export all of my committee list to excel format? or how to create committee search option in ad-hoc so that I can do export company with committee ad-hoc search option. I need to have excel format so I can create mail merge with the list.

Hello there - I am an iMIS reseller and we are implementing a new client that tracks the officers of their various 43 chapters. We have created them as commmittees in iMIS. We are also creating two websites for this client in Content Manager. Instead of creating static html pages to display chapter officers on each chapter page, I wanted to use the Committees display from the iMIS 15 public views. I have modified the default committee IQA query for the columns that we want and have created a navigation item in eCM to point to a specific committee.

Does anyone have a solution for scanning documents, pdfs, etc for viruses when uploading to eCommunities?
