customer would like to change the sort order of the display when doing a product search. we are using i15.0.3 and eCM. the current sequence looks random.

product description in full order entry

the customer would like to use the full description field for the web. the problem is iMIS desktop will only allow a limited number of charaters when editing the field. has any one written an extender type application for a user to edit the field to its full size?

ups freight charges for hi and ak

ups charges these 2 states based on 5 characters zip code not 3. iMIS table is only allowing 3. has anybody found a work around for these 2 states?

we are trying to add a pop up window in the web components. we have added the button but get an error message that the page can't be found. anyone try this successfull with some advice?

tradeshow discounts

the customer would like to be able to key a tradeshow code in order entry which would then generate a discount. this would be for web components in public view. any ideas or recommendations?

adding a handling charge option

the customer would like to add a check box to the check out basket. this would allow customers to choose priority handling for an addtional $5.00. anybody know where/how to do this. we are using i15 web components.

How to Create a logout / Login Page for eCM 5.1

I need some guidence on the best method to create a logout page for eCM 5.1. This comes up quite often in class and we also need it for the demo sites. If I link to the existing login.aspx page, it shows the link to logout but it also contains the reset my password options which I do not want display.

The public page "out of the box" has a logon and logout link. Is there an easy way to add it to an eCM 5.1 Template Gallery site?

ProcessPayment in CPayment class

I am calling the ProcessPayment function in the CPayment class to process credit card transactions. This function has worked very well, but I began receiving errors from this function on a few specific users. I tracked the error down, and the ProcessPayment function itself was throwing an exception.

It turned out that the exception was being thrown when an ampersand was in the billing address.

Dues form containing optional, variable contributions
