I'm running into an issue with a campaign list export, I can run the definition fine when I am only extracting columns from the NetContact business object, but if I add any columns from a custom business object the export fails. The workflow process returns a successful status, but the file that is created contains only the text "There was an error creating the query" or similar.

The query itself will run fine in IQA, and the BOD is published. The custom BOD links to NetContact by means of the iMIS ID (not the contact key).

I am trying to create a campaign structures and the issue I ran into is how to populate the count of non-responses. We are not generating output or have output process because we will be sending marketing emails out through 3rd party software (informz).

ASI tech advised that we use a list type of External List and define the list name / quantity. On the Source Code, select Source Code Type as External List. In the External File Name field put c:\externaltest and in the Count field put the number of query result.

I am working at a customer, CBM Australia.  We are trying to create a campaign structure.  When we get to adding source code details, whenever we try to add an Insert or Source List (simple query) to the campaign, we get the following 2 errors:

Error - Value must be unique with a System

Error - The 'Name' property should not be Null

These errors have been occurring intermittently since go live.  We logged an SMR but as tech support could not recreate the issue they could not progress it.  We have tried to run a trace (output attached) but can't really make any sense of it.  We now cannot create any new source codes and cannot generate campaign output.  At points in the past, by changing details in the campaign profile we could get the details to save but this no longer works.  I am guessing it is related to the PAckage tables but can't get any further than this.
