(Actually, this is for iMIS 15.1, not 15.0.)

Is there a way within iMIS for a customer to pay for multiple invoices on a single transaction?   What do I need to do to allow for that to happen?

In iMIS 15, the email icon in service central is grayed out only for some users so they are not able to email a receipt after a processing payment. We cannot figure what gives the authority to use this email icon. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it?
