ProClarity

Anyone tried dropping the ProClarity interface in the iMIS template where the Dashboards are usually placed?

Hi All,

One of the more visual areas of a demo for iMIS has been the dashboards. Of course, with ProClarity and iMIS Analytics, those old Excel pivot tables are put to shame. Does anyone have anh ideas of how I might be able to have the ProClarity interface display in the dashboard area of iMIS?

This would be a great way of deploying ProClarity for our customers and would be an very impressive demo tool. An iMIS shirt for anyone who can solves this!

Creating a Custom Dimension - A Walkthrough

I put together the attached based on what I know about analysis services and what I have learned about iMIS Analytics. Obviously this is not supported by ASI, in fact i'd be interested to know how this would survive an Analytics upgrade... anyone?

This uses the GEO database and the new 10.6 VM Ware as the base.

Comments welcome.

Thanks

Jay

Creating custom cubes and dimensions in iMIS Analytics

Hi everyone,

Many of you may have attended the "Implementing iMIS Analytics" session at Innovations. Many thanks to both Mary Kay Bode and Keith Robinson for showing us the marvelous progress they've made with Analytics.

One of the most key items that Keith discussed was how he has been able to create custom data cubes and custom dimensions for his customer Doctors Nova Scotia. This is innovative work and I might add that the requirement to create custom cubes comes up immediately when talking to all sorts of propsects and customers. They don't know they're asking for a custom cube - but that is what they want. It is an almost universal request of customers to be able to "drill-down" through a ProClarity view using some sort of UD data from iMIS.

Microsoft to acquire ProClarity

Interesting news today from Microsoft. They are acquiring ProClarity, which as everyone knows is integrated into the iMIS Analytics product as our main viewer.
