RSS Popper: how to authenticate?

On April 12th, 2006 Mary Connor says:

I installed Popper and its pre-installed feeds work fine, but what did you do to get the iMIS Community feed working? It seems to die on authentication -- server says "(403) Forbidden" no matter what I enter.
