Task Centre Trigger Failing

I cannot figure out why my trigger is failing.  It is a very simple task.  Someone orders a product, task centre looks to the order_lines table and sends out a email.  If I select the Insert option for the trigger type in the options the trigger fails and no data is written to the order_lines table.  I've been banging my head on this for a few days now and could really use some help.

A few things to check

Hi Hondo, this could be due to a variety of things. Have you looked in TaskCentre's event log? Have you looked in the Windows System and Application event logs for any clues?

Is the Trigger created by TaskCentre actually there on the table?

Check SQL surface area config

On June 9th, 2010 Bruce Wilson says:

The triggers created by TaskCentre require the "Object Automation" feature in SQL.  Use the SQL Surface Area Configuration tool to enable this if it isn't already.  I think you will have to restart SQL for it to take effect.
