Somehow we have two different builds of TaskCentre, one on the server and one on the clients. This is causing a major headache. However, we only have one set of install files so can't figure out how we ended up with different builds. Any ideas?
Hmmm....Thanks Bruce. I'll ask TechSupport to send me the patches as that is not something they have suggested.
ASI Tech Support won't have the files. They are downloaded from an Orbis website. They should be able to point you at the documentation on how to download those patches, though. Just grab the latest release and all the patches after it.

TaskCentre versions and patches
Normally, you have to install TaskCentre itself, and then load one or more patches. (They are not cumulative.) It's important to load the patches on the workstations as well as the server.
All of the files should be accessible from the original location where you (or your AiSP) downloaded them. I'm not sure I should share that URL here, but I think Tech Support can give it to you.
