I am having an extrememly difficult time in MOVING a Web part once I've created it within a content record. It seems that if I have a content record with too much content on it, I get this error:
Error: The collection already contains the specified content item.
This is as was already catalogued previuosly here and as was submitted as a ticket. I do not know if ASI has bothered to resolve it.

Anyway, this does make me wonder pretty hard, why is content by default created from the bottom?
Don't we usually want the NEW STUFF at the TOP?
Why isn't there at least a way for me to change this default so that content is created at the top and I don't have to sit there squinting to make sure I've dropped that little blue line in the right place every time I create new content?
And can someone PLEASE answer my question about the error I'm getting? I really need to be able to shuffle my content around. If I can't, I can't do my job.
Thank you.

Hi Aaron, This is the first
Hi Aaron,
This is the first time I've seen someone requesting the ability to place new content at the top of a content zone. This would make a really good request for enhancement. Have you submitted it to Tech Support yet?
Unfortunately I don't know what is causing your error. Have you tried saving in between adding the content and moving it? Also, I know it's painful, but to get you moving again perhaps you can use a different content layout with extra zones that you can drag in between. For instance, if you are using the SingleColumn content layout, temporarily switch it to TwoColumns, drag your content into the right column in the order you want, and then switch back to a SingleColumn layout.
I'm pretty sure that this will be fixed in 15.1.3 with a fix we put in place for sort orders sometimes getting mixed up when moving content within a web part zone. But it never hurts to enter an SMR; I think the next release of iMIS will have a large focus on WCM SMRs and the more we get in the more we can work on :)
Good luck,
